Recently broken up with by his girlfriend, underachiever Alex (O’Nan) embarks on an impromptu road trip with his new bandmate, the eccentric Jim (Michael Weston). By channeling their inner children and giving a new meaning to the term “lo-fi musician,†Alex and Jim find their unique musical style by bringing the sound of children’s instruments to their unsuspecting fans. Playing a series of bizarre shows and experiencing multiple near-disasters, Alex and Jim’s persistence takes them on a true coming-of-age journey–one that may be their last shot at achieving their youthful dreams.

Logline: When their father elopes with a cocktail waitress, an uptight New Yorker and his party girl sister go to a lake house to meet their new step family and hear their dad’s big announcement. But the steps — and the announcement — are not what they expected.

Logline: A woman sees her father for the first time since he abandoned her and her mother as a child at her mother’s funeral. Upon discovering he has retrograde amnesia, she lets him believe that she is his former wife.

ABC adds five to Off The Map, while CBS snags Buffy for a new series, and an Emmy-winning-Dexter-serial-killer for another, while adding a LUX vet to CSI:NY, and DirecTV delivers us a little more evil John Goodman in Damages, while Fox brings another movie star to guest star, and NBC powerloads a lot of familiar faces into LO:LA, Parenthood and Chuck.

Logline: A group of twentysomethings reconvene for a weekend in New York after learning that the teacher that shaped their childhoods has fallen into a mysterious coma.
