Responsibilities include managing calendars and scheduling meetings for clients and the manager, coordinating travel, drafting and sending offer letters, reading and analyzing scripts, updating tracking grids for new material, and participating in weekend reads.

View, log, and edit tapes for the studio show. Work under Producers and other staffers in handling video needs for the show, digital group, and other platforms.

Coordinate with various internal (e.g., post, legal, creative, business affairs, clearances, music, etc) and external (e.g., production and post crew, producers) stakeholders during production and post regarding all aspects of screen credits.

Maintain a heavy calendar for executive, including booking and confirming meetings & calls, both internally & externally. Covering scripts and tracking actors, writers, directors and projects.

Support the coordination and execution of above-the-line talent initiatives (writers, directors, on-screen and voiceover talent, etc.) from ideation to launch including but not limited to brainstorm and meeting notes, drafting applications, creating timelines and checklists for execution. Review scripts, cuts, marketing materials, casting breakdowns etc.

Manage a team of contract administrators who cover the Amazon MGM Television slate. Create and implement processes and process improvements for tracking and payment. High volume deal tracking (rights, actors, first look and overall and other options), including various report and grid maintenance.

Provide day-to-day support for Production and Creative Executives during various stages of development, prep, and production, while managing multiple tasks at one time. Handle daily runs, such as the delivery of scripts to local cast and crew and managing swag inventory and distribution for Marvel Studios employees in the office.

Manage complex and dynamic executive calendar including meetings, travel and events. Coordinate internal and external meetings across multiple time zones with high attention to detail. Track and help drive completion of key deliverables.

Support short-form content strategy development by providing regular YouTube analytics content performance insights. Work with producers and post teams to track content delivery and maintain master publishing schedules/calendars.

Coordinate internal meetings / zooms, schedule meetings with outside clients. Manage two heavy schedules in an organized manner. Contribute to the development team meetings and brainstorms as assigned.

Work closely with Producers and other members of the show team to find and edit the best video, sound and graphics for assigned stories. Keep a constant eye on show rundowns to make sure video and graphics are in place, accurate and current.
