The remake of Logan’s Run has been sitting on the shelf at Warner Bros. for some time, but it seems as though the project may be getting some traction now that Ryan Condal has boarded as the new screenwriter.

The executive producers of USA’s buzzy new series Colony have signed on to rewrite Rampage, from the team behind Dwayne Johnson’s blockbuster disaster pic San Andreas.
Based on “The Odyssey” by Homer, follows a soldier in the near future who leads a group of abandoned soldiers on a 10-year journey back home, facing shipwrecks, an opponent wearing Cyclops armor and the call of sirens.
