SVP
Support the SVP, Creative Production, including handling phones, calendar, filing, drafting correspondence, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, script submission oversight.
Responsibilities include keeping organized files, ensuring invoices are approved and submitted, preparing expense reports, making travel arrangements, assisting in scheduling events, answering phones; and coordinating meetings and schedules with other company administrative assistants.
