Comfortable providing essential administrative support in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, able to function under tight deadlines, has experience managing information like daily schedules & calendars and data organization for both Agent and Clients, as well as client bookings, travel, Agents expenses.

Manage extremely active calendar of appointments; ensuring the day is schedule and organized in an efficient way. Review script changes, format writer, director, talent lists and proactively track project status and action items. Create project decks for CEO and board presentations.

Data entry regarding project tracking for television shows the agents are pitching to external buyers (i.e. Netflix, HBO, etc.). Taking notes during calls and meetings.

Collaborate with key production personnel to ensure creative and budgetary goals are met. Maintain efficient communication and tracking of approvals and updates across the team. Organise writers workshops, distribute scripts and track their progress.

Manages and develops production plans in partnership with the Line Producer and Creative Producer. Works with Line Producer to create budgets. Provides constant feedback to producers and alerts them to foreseeable conflicts or logistical challenges.

Review scripts, treatments, and other creative materials, providing detailed and actionable feedback. Write and develop pitches, concept decks, and creative briefs to secure leadership approval for projects.

Lead the development phases from original pitch to execution, providing notes in line with the vision of the project. Hear and respond to pitches; evaluate new project submissions to assess their value as it relates to the creative direction.

Assisting with tracking projects in development, preparing materials for pitches, and organizing scripts, treatments, and other creative documents.

Interface directly with other senior executives and their support teams – your ability to work well with people on all levels is a very important part of your job. Track, organize, and manage all production and post materials on past and current shows.
