Manage phones, calendars, travel, expense reports, and general office organization. Prepare reading materials and manage distribution. Read/cover writing samples and other creative materials.
Duties include administrative work, calls, notes, scheduling, grids, tracking and reading submissions.
Ideal candidate would have three to five years of experience in coordination of scheduling meetings/pitches, with a background in creating pitch decks and sizzles for TV projects.
This is a great opportunity for someone with at least one year of agency experience who wants to dive into development in TV (scripted and non-scripted), Film and Theatre.
Regular duties include scheduling, travel, rolling calls, and assessing all incoming material.
Provide overall production support and assistance to Creative Director and producer.
All majors are welcome, but a strong interest in feature film and TV development is required.
