Onboard new employees with laptops and building access, assist them with software installation/computer configuration. Keep the office organized, including ordering supplies, coordinating general maintenance and upgrades of office equipment, phones, computers, etc. as needed, manage office video conference set-ups.

Serve as the first point of contact with clients, Agents and Network/Studio Executives. Track and meticulously maintain grids of data and execute excellent follow-up and follow through. Read scripts and provide script coverage.

Act as the first point of contact for clients, executives, and industry professionals, ensuring smooth communication and coordination. Monitor the progress of various projects, including in-house development, and maintain organized records of key milestones and deliverables.

Reading scripts, screening films, and tracking IP for development and production consideration. Developing and maintaining relationships with agents, producers, filmmakers, writers, and distributors/buyers.

Track budgets, payments and other financial transactions as needed. Track represented materials, clients, and potential clients. Assist with project management, research, and compiling information and materials as needed.

Heavy scheduling, calendar management, and handling of all administrative duties, including managing grids, lists, and project-related documents. Reading scripts, preparing coverage, and providing thoughtful assessments on incoming material.

Responsibilities for the role include covering development and production calls, taking notes, data and file management, tracking network/studio wants, competitive development and industry talent, project and archival research, and general office administration, including schedule management and expenses.
