Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: scheduling a high volume of meetings and calls for two executives; interfacing and scheduling for clients; performing and organizing script coverage; tracking writers and directors; managing and tracking submissions of Finance/producing projects.

Analyze and breakdown scripts to identify strengths and weakness. Make recommendations of the commercial impact and quality of screenplays/scripts to be optioned and those that are in development.

Duties include heavy calls, scheduling meetings, digital filing, creating booking slips, tracking client payments, data gathering/entry, expense tracking, reading and giving feedback on scripts, and office administrative work.

Duties will include administrative support including scheduling, calendaring and managing phone calls/messaging needs. Additional duties will include assistance with meeting/coordinating events, managing notes, research, story grids and show covers.

Candidates will play matchmaker with undiscovered talent/writers, love networking, and be passionate about helping creatives find success.

Finds writers for series development, series staffing and Streaming development projects. Works closely with writers to develop pitches, write outlines and give story and script notes.
