Hulu
The Television Critics Association announced their nominations for the 2017 awards, giving Hulu its very first nomination for the critically acclaimed series The Handmaid’s Tale.
The totalitarian-set series led the nominations this year with four nods alongside This Is Us and Atlanta. For the most part, the awards went to fairly predictable and buzzed-about programs like Big Little Lies and Stranger Things, which each scored three nominations.
The TCAs also made history this year by nominating the same person for two different roles. Carrie Coon was nominated for Individual Achievement in Drama for her roles in both The Leftovers and Fargo.
Winners will be announced August 5 at the Beverly Hilton Hotel, with Emmy winner Kristin Chenoweth set to host. See the full list of nominations below.
