Adrien Brody, Jordana Brewster and Akon have all joined Hayden Christensen in the cast of AMERICAN HEIST.
The action-thriller centers on two brothers who take part in an unsuccessful bank robbery with a dangerous band of criminals, and the repercussions that follow.
Georgy Malkov, Gevond Andreasyan, Valdimir Poliakov and Tove Christensen will produce the Sarik Andreasyan-helmed film.
Brody, an Oscar-winner for his role in “The Pianist”, will next appear in “The Grand Budapest Hotel” and “Third Person”. He is repped by Paradigm.
Brewster can currently be seen in the latest “Fast & Furious” installment and has wrapped on the thriller “North of Hell”. She is repped by CAA.
Akon, first and foremost a musician, has had several hits including “Angel”, “Beautiful” and “Don’t Matter”. Like Brody, he is repped by Paradigm.
