Assist during the production process daily, performing numerous tasks including various runs as assigned by Production Management. Gather necessary court documents for celebrity stories.

Managing executive’s calendar, including scheduling and confirming calls and meetings. Maintaining all organizational documents, logs and binders, including monitoring status of incoming/outgoing script submissions.

Serve as first point of contact with clients and executives. Track budgets, payments and other financial transactions as needed. Track represented materials, clients, and potential clients.

Administrative duties including handling heavy phones, calendar management, scheduling travel, preparing notes documents, and general office management tasks. Track clients and projects, including in-house development.

Answers phone, screens, logs, and places calls. Onboards casting offices including administering database access and providing training/support for daily database use.

Work closely with talent agents to support talent outreach, communication, and development of the Talent Department. Candidates need to be organized, ambitious, detail-oriented and computer savvy, and have strong administrative skills.

Act as the voice of Buchwald by answering all incoming calls and transferring callers to the appropriate parties. Act as interim coverage for Assistants to provide continual and consistent support to Agents and Executives.

Scout and secure locations suitable for filming, ensuring they align with creative briefs. Cast contributors and on-screen talent, working closely with the Producer to ensure the content is engaging and relevant. Self-operate filming equipment on location or in studio settings to produce high-quality video content.

Assist and provide support for Programming supervisors and the CEO in the performance of their duties. Responsible for using all the resources of the organization to achieve its programming and event goals.

Identify new business opportunities, pursuing potential deals, while finding and securing new talent for projects in development. Cultivate relationships with top-tier creators, writers, showrunners, and production partners to secure high-quality IP and original ideas.

Manage administrative duties which include handling heavy phones, calendar management, scheduling travel, booking reports, preparing expense reports, and additional office related tasks. Serve as first point of contact with clients, Agents and Executives. Provide significant script coverage for client pitches.

Manage daily supervision of specific productions, ensuring smooth execution from pre-production to delivery. Develop and implement production plans and budgets.
