Michael Des Barres has been cast in an upcoming episode for the new season of NCIS. The musician-turned-actor will play a one-hit wonder who is being hounded by creditors. Des Barres has guest starred in many television shows, including “Seinfeld”, “Bones” and “30 Rock”. He is repped by Ellis Talent Group.

TOUCH is adding Said Taghmaoui as a regular for its sophomore season, as well as Adam Campbell and Ray Santiago for recurring characters. Taghmaoui (“House of Saddam”, “G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra”) will play Guillermo Ortiz, a Jesuit priest who is also a killer. Campbell (“Harper’s Island”, “Parenthood”) will play Tony Rigby, a close friend of new regular Lukas Haas’ character; and Santiago (“Raising Hope”, “In Time”) will play Reuben Santiago, a co-worker of Martin’s (Kiefer Sutherland) who watches his son David when Martin is busy. Taghmaoui is repped by Innovative Artists and Cohn/Torgan Management; Campbell is repped by ICM and MPG Management; and Santiago is with Paradigm.

Ben Falcone will star in the pilot I’M NOT DEAD YET. Based on the Israeli show “Zanzuri”, Falcone will play Sandy Lazarus, a regular guy who decides to live the life he wants after finding out a rare heart condition could kill him at any moment. Falcone has appeared in several television shows (“Joey, “Happy Endings”), but he is most recognized for appearing in “Bridesmaids” as an air marshall in a memorable scene opposite his wife, Melissa McCarthy. He is repped by CAA and The Schiff Company.
Jay Mohr and Ellen Woglom will join the cast of the pilot BROTHERS-IN-LAW, which centers on a husband (Josh Cooke) who is forced to bond with the new boyfriend (Mohr) of his wife’s sister, with whom he has nothing in common. Mohr recently recurred on “Suburgatory” and starred in his own CBS sitcom, “Gary Unmarried”. He is repped by Gersh and Barry Katz Entertainment. Woglom had a starring role on NBC’s “Outlaw” and previously recurred on “Californication”. She is repped by Paradigm and Sanders Armstrong Caserta Management.
