Russell Crowe is the latest actor to join the cast of the political spy thriller Felt, the film about Mark Felt– the man who, decades later, would reveal himself to be the infamous “Deep Throat” that helped journalists uncover the Watergate scandal in 1974.
Liam Neeson is set to star in Felt from writer-director Peter Landesman. The film follows the real life of the man behind “Deep Throat,” the whistleblower in the Watergate scandal.
This unbelievable true story chronicles the personal and professional life of the brilliant and uncompromising Felt, who risked and ultimately sacrificed everything – his family, his career, his freedom – in the name of justice.
The Australian actor has signed on for Mel Gibson’s WWII drama about the first conscientious objector.
