This position will coordinate all production elements with emphasis on project set-up, maintaining and archiving production files and facilitating timely receipt and distribution of production materials.

Responsibilities include maintaining calendar, scheduling, answering and rolling calls, coordinating travel arrangements, completing expense reports, and other administrative duties as assigned.  This position will also be involved in many production duties.

Manage and track the status of all live-action and Animation projects through all stages of production and Post Production, triggering action from production, Business Affairs, Finance and Post Production as necessary.

Identify and pursue all opportunities to help talent increase their fan base and generate new income manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables for short and long-term projects across all sectors of artist(s) career including, but not limited to TV/ Film, social, touring, brand partnerships, digital, and marketing activations.

Daily responsibilities include managing calls, managing schedules, facilitating auditions, compiling submissions, tracking client bookings, as well as serving as the first point of contact with clients, casting directors, and executives.

Work with internal departments and development labels to build budgets and production plans for reality formats that are in development or greenlit (including schedules, detailed line by line budget, cash flow and overall approach to physical production)
