FX has tapped Damon Wayans Jr. to star in the FX comedy Singularity, executive produced by Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg through their Point Grey banner. The pilot was picked up by FX after a bidding war from multiple networks.
Hot on the heels of the opening weekend success of their R-rated animated comedy Sausage Party, Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg has another non-animated and less raunchy project ready to go at FX. The duo will serve as producers of the futuristic comedy Singularity from Sonny Lee.
