John Carney is being courted to direct STX Entertainment’s Russ and Roger Go Beyond, a film about the time when sexploitation filmmaker Russ Meyer and late film critic Roger Ebert teamed up to make Beyond the Valley of the Dolls.
Jonás Cuarón is set to helm a new film in storied Zorro franchise. No word yet on the story, but the Gravity scribe will write and direct a brand new take on the swashbuckling hero.
