Season 3, Episode 11 – In an episode comprised mainly of ambitious one-shot long takes, relationships are put to the test as the characters attend a party celebrating Shitstain and Jacqueline’s elopement.

Season 1, Episode 6 – The capture of suspected and “alleged” terrorist Nassar leads to some surprising results, while President Kirkman must deal with the nation’s governors in order to create a new congress.

Season 1, Episode 6 – Lethal Weapon returns with another great brand episode of Los Angeles slime-crime, an explosion, and a horrific murder. Riggs runs into Miranda’s old roommate at a skanky suspect’s party and Murtaugh scares off one of Riana’s boyfriends while Trish tries to save their beautiful daughter from the dangers of exploiting herself on social media.

Season 1, Episodes 3-4 – Stan Against Evil explores the demons of dating when Evie manipulates Stan into being her wingman for an evening of speed dating. Stan meets a lovely health minded woman and Evie attracts a life sucking man while Denise scores a very charming pig. Then, Stan sacrifices something dear to save Evie from the 400-year-old curse.

Season 1, Episode 6 – Frequency finally starts to interrogate the nature of its concept, leading to a much more captivating episodes.

Season 3, Episode 7 – Younger continues to explore female sexuality as the imprint’s latest book and mystery author is a hit and Liza and Josh’s age difference comes more and more into play.

Season 4, Episode 6 – The Goldbergs relives 80’s action movies in “Recipe for Death II: Kiss The Cook.” With themes of family love and bonding mixed with the wacky one-liners and 80’s references that the show does best, The Goldbergs continues to shine.

Season 6, Episode 9 – A group of teenage fans wander onto the grounds of the Roanoke house in American Horror Story and find they’re favorite fiction to be entirely true. Soon they are witness to the power of the Blood Moon and find themselves part of the Roanoke Nightmare.

Season 3, Episode 5 – This week’s episode of Empire focuses on the relationship within the Lyon family. Lucious views himself as the patriarch, but is he taking this role too far? It’s looking like the brothers are all about to fight, and Cookie is having a hard time adjusting to life with such a straight edge boyfriend like Angelo. And then there’s that whole “war” with Shyne Johnson.

Season 1, Episode 6 – Maya’s drinking sangria with a mom group? Ray’s trying to hang with teens who watch MMA? Few things go right this week on Speechless, in an episode that throws a lot out there with little execution. At least we have one of the finest comedic dynamics on television.

Season 1, Episode 5 – After the events of this week’s episode, Chance is in way too deep to return to his normal life. But is it worth it? Is the Jaclyn/Jackie thing real, or just a ruse? We’re halfway through the season now, with still so many questions left unanswered.

Season 1, Episode 7 – The Copelands meet a mysterious monk who warns they will all be destroyed by a Mt. Rainier eruption in the Aftermath but offers a mystical way out. Dana gets closer to Martin, Bri mourns the loss of Dylan, and Josh is wounded by sniper fire and Karen gets separated from the group.

Season 1, Episode 5 – In the penultimate episode of the season, Channel Zero delivers some new twists and scares, but at the frustratingly slow pace that has plagued it throughout its entire run.

Season 2, Episode 7 – Lucifer goes method and shadows Dan to learn how to be a more useful tool to the people he loves, Maze looks for regular work but misses Dr. Martin who is afraid to spend time with her now that she believes Lucifer is the devil and Maze is a demon. Chloe investigates the murder of the man convicted of killing her father.

Season 3, Episode 8 – On Gotham, Barnes loses control of his rage while apprehending a perp and struggles to face the consequences of his actions. Gordon returns to GCPD and draws a murder committed by one of Gotham’s finest.

Season 2, Episode 5 – In this week’s Supergirl Kara tries to take down a band of thugs who are given powerful alien weaponry by Cadmus. Jimmy tries his hand as superhero, too, and Kara finds an ally in Lena Luthor.

Season 3, Episode 4 – “Chapter Forty-Eight” of Jane the Virgin gives us more pizzaz as Jane (Gina Rodriguez), the only one with common sense, has a hunch that Petra (Yael Groblas) isn’t Petra. She’s Anezka (Yael Grobglas).

Season 1, Episode 9 – Mary+Jane is coming to a close, which is a good thing as it becomes overly derivative, drawing from other humorous movies and shows and stacking up the guest stars.

Season 5, Episode 6 – In one of the strongest episodes of the season, Mindy returns to her childhood home, where her always hilarious brother and amazing mom help her process the fact that Danny’s getting married that weekend. Danny and Mindy are officially, 100% over, but she’s not alone. Ben tells her he loves her, despite her craziness.

Season 1, Episode 5 – Fallout from her shocking interview has the CIU investigating a case that pits the haves vs. the have-nots, as Hayes attempts to make amends to her mother, Jackson and Wallace. If we all just accept that this show is a soap opera instead of a serious drama, it’s kind of fun.

Season 1, Episode 3 – As People of Earth moves right along, the repercussions of the “raccoon” that group leader Gina hit begin to resonate across StarCrossed and aboard the alien spaceship monitoring StarCrossed. Richard starts coping with his wife’s Reptilian “abduction” realistically.

Season 4, Episode 9 – Everything Masters of Sex has been doing for the past four season has been building up to this — to Bill and Virginia’s marriage — but it’s unclear if the show has a future beyond this.

Season 2, Episode 6 – Ash, Ruby, Kelly, Pablo and the Emery women barricade themselves in Ash’s childhood home as angry villagers blame Ash for the Deadite murders — but Ash, Ruby and the Emery’s soon discover their own families have also made questionable alignments..

Season 1, Episode 5 – This week on Insecure I learned that whoever runs the set and wardrobe department needs to open a store and take all my money. Oh, and Issa breaks my heart and Molly gets a lesson in karma.

Season 1, Episode 5 – Frances (Sarah Jessica Parker) and Robert (Thomas Haden Church) are battling it out with divorce lawyers. One is the best in the business. The other is the best shark in the business. As if this couldn’t get any more ridiculous, these two use pettiness to make it sting even more.

Season 7, Episode 3 –The Walking Dead is all about life in Negan’s sanctuary. We see Daryl get abused while Negan breaks him, and hear how Dwight survived the same process and eventually became Negan’s right hand man. Dwight’s ex-wife Sherry is back and shows sympathy for Daryl, but he doesn’t plan on kneeling to the man any time soon.

Season 1, Episode 8 – Axel leads Van Helsing to his old Marine Corps base where they find a lost resistance fighter; he carries some handy explosives and more importantly, the show’s sense of humor. Mohamad works his way back to the main groups but gets distracted by the sounds of church bells while his sister Sheema gets up-close and personal with Rebecca’s plans for her.

Season 2, Episode 6 – In one of the first scenes of this week’s episode of Quantico, Alex dreams about Simon killing himself to save everyone in season one, reminding us all of how emotionally impactful and compelling the show used to be.

Season 2, Episode 6 – Walter and the team coalesce around the mystery surrounding L.A.’s drought and the people behind it, and things start to get strange and dangerous as the group’s investigation leads them further down the rabbit hole. Fred Armisen guest stars as a clumsy hydrologist who puts Walter in a tricky position.

Season 1, Episodes 1-4 – King George IV is dealing with an illness amidst a pivotal election and Elizabeth’s marriage. Queen Elizabeth assumes power and has to juggle her duties as a wife and ruler. Churchill tries to maintain his position as Prime Minister. And Princess Margaret and Peter Townsend try to keep their affair a secret.
