Season 2, Episode 7 – Scream Queenstakes a slight detour down another murderous path now that we know the identity of at least one Green Meanie.

Season 4, Episode 7 – Agents of SHIELD figures out exactly how to come back from a cliffhanger hiatus in “Deals With Our Devils.” Drawing together every storyline of the season, the episode hits the perfect formula for the series with a mixture of action, plot, suspense, and emotion. Just like every great SHIELD episode should.

Season 2, Episode 8 – In this week’s Supergirl, Kara must thwart Lilian Luthor and Cadmus who plan on launching a deadly alien virus. Meanwhile, Barry and Cisco of The Flash arrive at the end of the episode to ask Supergirl for help.

Season 1, Episode 6 – Gina is off the deep end in “Significant Other,” planning a “coming out” moment for all of StarCrossed. She wants the group members to tell a significant figure in their lives that they have been abducted by aliens. It goes horribly, as does this episode.

Season 3, Episode 7 – Jane the Virgin employs Alfred Hitchcock for a little suspense leading up to the big revelation Rafael has about his family.

Season 3, Episode 11 – Gotham cranks up the heart ache for Gordon when Lee takes her vows with a monster and Nygma accepts the truth behind Isabella’s death. Bruce moves forward with his plan to heist something valuable from the court of owls’ vault and get a lot help from Selina and a little help from her guardian angel.

Season 2, Episode 10 – Lucifer takes the stand to help put the man who killed Chloe’s father away when Charlotte takes over as attorney for the defense. Detective Dan jeopardizes Chloe’s case but tries to make good. Amenadiel discovers the real reason Chloe is so special when he meets her mother.

Season 1, Episode 2 – Spring in Stars Hollow has everyone experiencing, wanting and starting to change. Lorelai and Emily go to therapy. Rory’s career comes to a grinding halt. Paris has an incredible — and acrobatic — scene in a bathroom. And the upheaval happens against a visually vibrant backdrop. Minor issues fail to take away from a quintessential Gilmore Girls episode.

Season 1, Episode 8 – Flynn travels back in time to 1969 on Timeless to disrupt the Moon landing and find a woman who works at an aerospace company. Can Lucy, Rufus, and Wyatt foil his plans before he ruins this achievement, or will Anthony’s help assure the astronauts never return from the Moon?

Season 1, Episode 8 – When a teenage girl who’s been missing for ten years turns up alive, the CIU team must investigate the case of the man who was convicted of kidnapping and murdering her. There’s a catch though – one of their own is the man who put the alleged kidnapper away the first time.

Season 1, Episode 7 – Berlin Station continues a streak of well-paced drama and intensity in “Proof of Life.” However, with character motivations still unclear, the viewer’s emotional investment is left hanging in the air.

Season 1, Episode 8 – This week’s episode of Insecure, “Broken as F**k,” tried all of my emotions. It left me broken and dismayed, which is annoying because I promised myself I wouldn’t get attached to any more fictional characters. RIP, my heart.

Season 1, Episode 1 – It’s “Winter”, the first season in Gilmore Girls: Revival, and all of the Gilmore women are back. Lorelai wants more from her relationship with Luke. Rory is trying to find her place in the world. Emily is learning to grieve. And Stars Hollow covered in snow is as beautiful as we remembered. Grab a cup of coffee and sink back into this lovely world.

Season 7, Episode 6 – The Walking Dead catches up with Heath and Tara. They get separated by an elaborate walker trap. Heath ends up missing in action, while Tara washes up on the shore of a new hidden community. They offer Tara a permanent position if she decides to stay, but Tara wants to return to Alexandria for Denise.

Season 2, Episode 8 – The winter season of Quantico has us reeling with more questions than answers. While we finally get a clear look at who among the old CIA recruits are actually terrorists, we don’t get a clearer idea of what they’re after.

Season 1, Episode 8 – The season finale of Divorce leaves us knowing that neither Frances (Sarah Jessica Parker) nor Robert (Thomas Haden Church) are happy. They shouldn’t be. They’re divorcing.

Season 3, Episode 2 – The Affair gives us Helen’s (Maura Tierney) and Alison’s (Ruth Wilson) perspectives on what’s been happening in the last 3 years, and of course, it’s different from Noah’s (Dominic West).

Season 1, Episode 9 – Big things and huge revelations happen in the penultimate episode of Westworld. Maeve takes a step closer to gathering her army to escape the park, Bernard comes to realize who he truly is, William takes his first giant steps to becoming the Man in Black, and Delores has a troubling face to face encounter with her past.

Season 1, Episode 6 – Dirk Gently’s Holistic Detective Agency gets one step closer to closing the case in “Fix Everything.” With more fun connections, the show just keeps getting better and better.

Season 1, Episode 11 – Van Helsing follows Susan to the house of pain she grew up in but her parents are long gone. Sam and Mohamad argue over an explosive secret. Julius uses Magdalene to find Van and we finally hear about Dmitri’s grand plan. Finally, the team loses another member as Van leads the survivors into the final two episodes.

Season 1, Episode 5 – In an attempted twist on an otherwise dull retread of Pure Genius‘s previous themes, Dr. Wallace finds himself leaning towards Bell’s idealistic philosophies in securing approval for a controversial surgery for a burn victim. Bell, in the meantime, has to deal with the emotional consequences of giving false hope to a paralyzed patient.

Season 1, Episodes 7-8 – Stan Against Evil wraps season one when a demon spider catches Evie in his web and tries trading Stan and Evie’s souls to Constable Eccles to release his own. The finale puts Evie in a clever but deadly time loop against the original Eccles who has sinister plans for the unbreakable sheriff.

Season 1, Episode 2 – Shooter rolls up an action packed second episode. Swagger gets sent to prison and has to fight off homicidal rapist. Meanwhile, we meet the man behind Isaac’s plan and get a sense of the bigger picture. Julie manages the stress and federal agents like a pro and Memphis senses something is out of place.

Season 3, Episode 7 – The Flash brings everything to an emotional turning point as we see Dr. Caitlin Snow give in to her evil alter ego to hunt down Alchemy in the aptly named episode “Killer Frost”. Directed with urgency by Kevin Smith, there are major revelations for the characters and for us the audience.

Season 1, Episode 9 – The Copelands meet Karen’s estranged father, a leader in the Aftermath while Bri gets licked by a shapeshifter and has a copy of herself infiltrate a scout team lead by Matt and his slayer crush, Rafe. Josh discovers a kink in their antibiotics trade and takes a weird peyote trip but returns sick.

Season 1, Episode 6 – American Housewife shows us why we must avoid some family traditions like Thanksgiving. If they might include an annoying neighbor and a ridiculous mother, then you should bow out at least once.

Season 1, Episode 8 – There are a few solid character moments in This Is Us‘s Thanksgiving episode, but it most feels like a sappy holiday special.

Season 1, Episode 7 – Explosive secrets about both Dee and Jaclyn’s past are revealed this week on Chance. Neither are who they are pretending to be, which puts Chance in an even more dangerous position.

Season 1, Episode 7 – No Tomorrow says I love you in “No You Say It First.” With a lot of forward plot movement, the show is picking up the pace to cover its storylines before the season’s end.

Season 2, Episode 6 – Scream Queens gets bloody as the Green Meanie finds a new partner and Nurse Hoeffel gets a backstory.
